COMPRESSION L SIT

Place your fingertips by your knees and raise your legs together. Think about bringing your knees to your chest. Do a single leg variation if two legs is too difficult. If you find yourself leaning back use a wall.

Variations:

-box compression L sit

-pulses (pulse in upper 10% of range of motion)

-max compression sit (walk your hands as far forward as you can, without your feet touching the ground)
