5 STEPS TO A PERFECT

GRIP

Bend at the waist to hinge over, keeping your hips high and legs stiff. Grab the bar just outside your legs, with your thumbs almost touching them. Make sure not to move the bar as you reach for it. Use either a double-overhand grip or a hook grip to avoid unnecessary strain on your tendons.
