Movement Drills

Choose four different walls. On each wall, set a dyno of moderate difficulty that you can complete within a handful of tries. Feel free to experiment with double dynos, paddles, etc. If your gym has preset dynos, you can use those as well. Focus on:

  1. Driving with your legs
  2. Keeping arms straight until the final push
  3. Aiming for above the finish hold
