After setting your grip, step all the way into the bar and rotate it so your elbows are perpendicular to and under the bar. Keep your chest up and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Take a deep breath in (see Valsalva Maneuver) and unrack the bar. The bar should almost rest on your front delts.
