BOULDER VERSION
5 rounds with 5–10′ rest. Up-climb a hard boulder, down-climb an easy boulder, then up-climb a medium boulder, all without touching the ground. If options are limited, up-climb the same boulder both times (cave climbs are especially good for this!).

ROUTE VERSION
3 rounds with 5–10′ rest. Up-climb a hard route, down-climb an easy route, then up-climb a medium route, all without touching the ground. If options are limited, up-climb the same route both times. You can do this on lead or TR (just unclip on the way down if you are on a steeper lead route).

3 rounds with 5–10′ rest. Preferably steeper walls with longer boulders.

Round 1: Hard double @ ~80% max
Round 2: Up-down-up. Up harder climb, down easy, up moderate, without feet touching the ground between climbs. Climb the same climb for both ups if walls are not densely set.
Round 3: Hard triple @ ~70% max
