Volume Drills

60 min to send as many hard climbs as you can. This is NOT an endurance workout, so make sure you rest just enough so that pump is not the limiting factor. Total up your V points.

You have 20 minutes to send one climb on each section of the bouldering wall. No grade constraints, as long as you can send each problem within a handful of tries. Rest as long as needed between climbs, but be mindful of the time limit. Record climbs sent + attempted.

60 min time limit. 10 climbs total, top climb one grade below redpoint. Double up on middle climbs of pyramid if you do not hit 10 climbs with the given grade constraint. For example, if redpoint is V8, do:
