Autoregulation & the RPE Scale

Don’t worry, I will do all the adjustments for you. Just write down your RPEs for each working set.

For most exercises in the “Strength” section of the GPT Manual, your goal will be RPE 6.5-8.5 for your working sets. For most exercises in the “Conditioning” section, your goal will be RPE 5-6. Please make a habit of writing down your RPEs for all your working sets in the results section of True Coach, as well as your own log.

Remember, the more you communicate to me, the more effective the
program!
