5 STEPS TO A PERFECT

KNEES FORWARD

Once your grip is secure, bend your knees and drop them forward until they touch the bar. Make sure not to move the bar. Keep your hips high and push your knees out so they touch your inner elbows. At this point, your midfoot, the bar, and your shoulder blades should all be in line.
