Dynamic Stretching

Dynamic stretches are utilized instead of traditional static stretches because they have been shown to be safer and moreĀ  effective due to their temperature-raising properties. Any combination of stretches can be done, however an emphasis should be placed on the lats, low back, and hamstrings. Pick 5-8 of these exercises and repeat for 5 minutes.
