Elbows (Floss)

Voodoo Floss works by concentrating blood in the target area
(in this case, the elbow), which allows us to get rid of scar tissue
faster. Use the 7’ band.

  • Wrap upward from forearm to tricep
  • Wrap with 50 to 85% tension
  • Wrap over the joint and tuck the end of the wrap
    underneath the band
  • Move elbow through the greatest possible range of motion
    using active ROM (move elbow yourself) and passive ROM
    (move elbow with your other hand)
  • Use various wrist angles and press your hand into the wall
    to increase intensity
