Use to massage and break up scar tissue of finger pulleys. Use for 5–10 minutes at a time and focus on tender spots.

  • Voodoo Floss works by concentrating blood in the target area (in this case, the pulley), helping to break down scar tissue faster. A thin sliver of a resistance band will do the job.
  • Wrap downward from the nail end of the pulley.
  • Wrap with 50–75% tension.
  • Wrap over the joint and tuck the end of the wrap underneath the band.
  • Move the finger through the greatest possible range of motion using active ROM (moving the finger yourself) and passive ROM (moving the finger with your other hand).
