Movement Drills

3×3 with 3″ hover and 1′ rest after each side

3 sets per side. For each set, place your opposite hand and opposite foot on the wall. Choose a non-jug handhold and a relatively good foothold. Lock-off at chest level and hover in that position for 3 seconds. Repeat two more times. This is one set. Rest for 1 minute and repeat on the other side.
