Movement Drills

5–10 minutes. On an overhanging (40–50°) or systems wall with feet on the ground, grab a good hold at or above eye level. Simultaneously pull on that hold, jump off the ground, and catch another higher hold with your free hand. Try to hold that locked-off position for a second. Repeat with the other side. Rest 60–90 seconds and repeat with another hold. Do 3–5 rounds total.

5–10 minutes. On large campus rungs with feet on the ground, grab a rung at or above eye level. Simultaneously pull on that rung, jump off the ground, and catch another higher rung with your free hand. Try to hold that locked-off position for a second. Repeat with the other side. Rest 60–90 seconds and repeat with another hold. Do 3–5 rounds total.
