UP-DOWN BUMPS

Start matched on a rung you can comfortably reach. Bump one hand up, one rung at a time, to the highest rung you can control, then bump back down. Rest, then repeat with the other side. This is one set.

MAX BUMPS

Start matched on a rung you can comfortably reach. Bump one hand up, one rung at a time, to the highest rung you can control, then bump again, attempting to touch the next rung. You will probably fall—and if you don’t, bump again until you do. Rest, then repeat with the other side. This is one set.
