5 circuits on a spray wall or systems board with 5-10′ rest in between.

Spend some time at the beginning of the session coming up with a good 20-25 move boulder. Don’t worry so much about the direction you are climbing in, but rather focus on individual moves. Think of it as a mini route. None of the moves should be cruxy, but rather sustained/consistent throughout. The goal is to get very pumped by the end of each circuit (you might not be able to complete every round and that’s okay, as long as you are getting at least 80% through).Remember, you can make movements more difficult and interesting by restricting which footholds you use or by primarily tracking (using previous handholds as feet) when possible.
