Movement Drills

3 climbs (9 laps total). Easy warm-up climbs. Climb each climb three times, with 1–2 minute rests in between laps.

Lap 1: normal climbing
Lap 2: sloth climbing
Lap 3: power climbing

2 climbs, at least 3 grades below your redpoint. For each climb, climb once normally, then 2–3 more times, eliminating 1–2 handholds each time. See how few holds you can use!
