Movement Drills

3–5 rounds with 1–2′ rest. Find a good juggy undercling (or two adjacent underclings, one for each hand) and start with your feet on two footholds below. Walk your feet left to right and up and down, including smearing, while maintaining tension on the undercling. See how far you can move in either direction. Focus on keeping your biceps engaged the entire time.
