UNRACKING

Keep your eyes fixed on a point straight up on the ceiling. The bar should remain blurry in the foreground. Keep your chest up and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Take a deep breath in (see Valsalva Maneuver) and unrack the bar with straight arms. In the starting position, the bar should be directly over your shoulders.
